Quoridor
Kid Players
start with their playing pawn on the basis line, aim of the game is to move the
pawn to the opponent’s base line. In his move a player either moves his pawn or
places one of 8 barriers. In setting up the barriers one must always leave one
way to the base line open. A pawn may only move orthogonally in all directions.
In this children’s version the pawn is a mouse, the barriers must be rounded.
The first mouse on the opponent’s base line wins. Abstract
