Codex Bashing vs Finesse Starter Set
Codex, here, is the name for a card holder in book shape which holds your cards; you start with 10 and add 2 from your codex to your hand in each turn. You begin with workers; to hire workers costs gold and a card; you use gold to hire heroes, buy spells and tech buildings, units and more. Heroes are used to cast spells, tech buildings to play a unit. Heroes, buildings and units can be attacked; patrollers protect against attacks, but can be overthrown. Customizable, non-collectible deck building game, set in the video game universe of Fantasy Strike.
