District Noir

 

Duel for District Noir, you win either with the support of gangs and most victory points or by owning three strategic buildings. The stack of gang, alliance, treachery and building cards is prepared and you get five in hand, two cards begin the display. In four rounds you have six actions each: five times placing a card from your hand openly at the end of the row, and once at any time take five cards from the row, display them and sort them by gangs, alliance, treachery and building. After six actions, you draw five cards for the next round. If, after four rounds, no one has three buildings, you score gang cards for color majorities and sets of four colors and add alliance cards and deduct treachery cards.
