Everdell Duo

 

In the valley of Everdell you play for points for the most beautiful city, in one of four game modes: cooperative OR competitive for two players, OR a campaign of 15 chapters, alone or two players, cooperatively, OR challenge, alone or two players, cooperatively. In the competitive game, you have one of three actions: Place animal, activate location effect and move sun, OR play card into your city, pay costs, resolve effects and then move moon, OR draw/take card and move sun or moon. Cards may only be played from the meadow that is adjacent to either sun or moon. In four seasons, you try to resolve events by meeting conditions. When sun and moon have reached the last slot of the path, the game ends and you score cards in your city, bonuses from wealth cards in the city, point tokens in your reserve and resolved events including journey. In the cooperative mode, there are additional victory conditions.
